TOWSON, Md. — Police said it appears chocolate was used for the writing of racist and offensive messages on a Baltimore County sidewalk.
Fire crews responded Wednesday night to the intersection of Aigburth Road and Donnybrook Lane to clean up the graffiti.
The Baltimore County Police Department said it is investigating the incident as a hate crime.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
